- BD Veca-C™ and BD Vecafix™ protects the insertion site and allows the site to breathe
- The wound pad absorbs exudate at the insertion site, keeping the site dry
- A comfort pad, to be placed under the wings of the IV catheter, is included in the pack
- In addition, BD Veca-C™ has a transparent window of polyurethane that allows for visualization of phlebitis along the catheter track
